8. MCSE/CCNA Certified

Job Description:

1. Responsible for providing service assurance to Reliance Web Store Users.
2. Resolving application related issues of Lotus Notes, LAN, Printer, Scanner and troubleshooting, Network monitoring.
3. Installation and configuration of business application software (i.e. MS Windows XP/Vista, MS Office XP/2007, Lotus Notes, Internet Explorer, Antivirus)
4. Log incidents to different 3rd party suppliers and constantly chase up for updates and quicker resolutions to minimize the overall downtime and to have overall greater productivity.
5. Taking care of the various projects escalations, timely call resolution within the SLA.
