Job Description:

1. Remote monitoring of windows 2003 servers which includes Server Performance, uptime, SQL DB, website status, web based application & server resources
2. Responding to Alerts on monitoring tools
3. Troubleshoot Web Application and website issues
4. Provide necessary information/observations/logs & all required support to L2/L3 team to diagnose a reported/escalated problem
